St. Paul's, Witherslack
Welcome to St. Paul’s church webpage….. We have a delightful little church here in Witherslack which remains open for visitors everyday. As a result of a legacy from John Barwick, a Witherslack man, who became Dean of St. Paul’s in 1662, the church was built. It is a fine example of a mid-seventeenth century village church, with the later additions of pews and organ. There is a service every Sunday alternating between mornings and evenings and generally we follow the monthly pattern of services below: 1st Sunday 9.30am Holy Communion (CW) (If there are 5 Sundays in the month then there is usually only one |
